暢流 Free Flow

公共藝術以開展的流線造型，將「流暢」、「通達」、「溫馨」及政府與民眾親和連結的「幸福願景」融入作品的美學形式中，闡揚「多元文化融合邁向公民社會」為民喉舌、情感交融的美學象徵。

The public art work is sculpted with broad streamline, combining the ideas of "moothness", "thoroughness", "warmth", and "the prospects of we-being" (as envisioned into an aesthetic form) to create an artistic symbol of "marching toward a civil society via multiculturalism", that is, speaking up for and feeling with the people.
